How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return instructions. -
Ship the Item Back:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, our team will collect from you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at owlonline12@hotmail.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will provide a return shipping label at no charge and issue a full refund or send a replacement item.
